All tours are priced in UK Pounds Sterling. The non-refundable deposit for all tours is £450 per person unless stated otherwise. The non-refundable deposit for the Orkney tour is £850 per person due to the non-refundable return flight from Glasgow to Kirkwall. The deposit for each tour is required in order to book a place on a tour. The balance is required 75 days (2½ months) before the start of the tour (we will remind you).
If you click the 'Book' button you will proceed to our online booking form where you will be asked for essential information and which tour you want to book. On the booking form you can state your preference for a shared room or a single room, dietary requirements and any special needs. If you request shared accommodation but are travelling alone we will do our best to room you with another single member of the tour group of the same sex. If we are unable to do this you will be responsible for paying the additional single occupancy supplement stated on the Tour page. You will then be directed to a secure page where you can make the deposit payment by debit or credit card processed through SSL Secure Payment. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer then please contact JWS for information.
Once you have booked you will receive immediate confirmation of payment and soon after we'll send you a welcome email including a copy of our Terms & Conditions, a Detailed Itinerary & Travel Tips documents that will be attached to the email.
DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THAT THE TOUR IS A GO.
Balance of payment is due 75 days (2½ months) prior to the start date of the tour. We will invoice you 14 days before the balance is due giving you the options of paying the final balance, including the single room supplement if appropriate, via bank wire transfer, Paypal, Square or bankers' draft in Great British Pounds.
If you wish to arrive before the first day of any tour or to stay on after the tour finishes please let us know and we will try to help you with your travel and accommodation arrangements.

All rooms have private bathroom facilities and tour prices are based on sharing a twin/double room. A limited number of single rooms are available for which there will be a single supplement charge as specifed for each tour.

Airports & Flight Timings
Depending where you are flying from you may need to arrange an overnight flight departing the day before the start date of the tour to arrive the morning of the tour start date.
Journey to Southern France Tour (2024) You must arrive into Toulouse-Blagnac International Airport by 3pm in the afternoon of day 1 of the tour. (for transatlantic travellers this will mean an overnight flight setting off the day before day one of the tour). Arrange a return flight home from Toulouse-Blagnac International Airport not before 1pm on the afternoon of the final day of the tour.
Southern England Tour (2024) You must arrive into London Heathrow airport (LHR) only (NOT London Gatwick (LGW) — Gatwick is 1½ hours by road from Heathrow). Please arrange a flight to arrive at London Heathrow airport by 10am on the morning of day 1 of the tour (for transatlantic travellers this will mean an overnight flight setting off the day before day one of the tour). Please check with us if in any doubt. Arrange a return flight home from London Heathrow airport not before 1.00pm on the afternoon of the final day of the tour.
Magic of Celtic Ireland Tour (2024) Your flight must arrive into Dublin International Airport (DUB) by 10am on the morning of day 1 of the tour (for transatlantic travellers this will mean an overnight flight setting off the day before day one of the tour). Please check with us if in any doubt. Arrange a return flight home from Dublin International airport not before 1.00pm on the afternoon of the final day of the tour.
Malta's Mediterranean Temples Tour (2024) Your flight must arrive into Malta International Airport (MLA) by 1pm on day 1 of the tour (for transatlantic travellers this will mean an overnight flight setting off the day before day one of the tour). Please check with us if in any doubt. We will collect from the airport twice to coincide with most international arrivals but Malta being a small island, our hotel is just 30 minutes taxi ride from the airport (approx 35 Euros).so you have the option of catching a taxi to the hotel rather than waiting for our pick up. A return flight at any time of day is possible and we will make one run in the morning and one in the afternoon, if these don't work for your flight time you will need to take a taxi from the hotel to the airport.
The Highlands & Islands of Scotland Tour. (2025) Your flight should arrive into Glasgow International Airport (GLA) by 10am on the morning of day 1 of the tour (for transatlantic travellers this will mean an overnight flight setting off the day before day one of the tour). Arrange a return flight home from Glasgow airport not before 1pm on the afternoon of the final day of the tour.
Orkney's Mysteries Revealed Tour. (2025) You must arrive into Glasgow International airport (GLA) Please arrange a flight to arrive at Glasgow International airport by 10am on the morning of day 1 of the tour (for transatlantic travellers this will mean an overnight flight setting off the day before day one of the tour). Please check with us if in any doubt. Arrange a return flight home from Glasgow International airport not before 1pm on the afternoon of the final day of the tour. THIS TOUR FOLLOWS DIRECTLY AFTER "HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS OF SCOTLAND TOUR" FOR THOSE DOING BOTH
IMPORTANT NOTE! Due to limited luggage space on our minibuses you MUST restrict your luggage to no more than one flight allowed suitcase and small carry-on suitcase. You may want to pack a small day-pack for our daily excursions.
Terms & Conditions Summary
Accommodation and Meals: All accommodation is chosen because of the high standard of service, hospitality and facilities with rooms having private ensuite bathrooms. All breakfasts, occasional lunches and some dinners are included (see itinerary for details). Price based on two people sharing a room. A limited number of single rooms are available at extra cost - this varies by tour and is listed on the Prices Page.
Payments, Refunds & Insurance:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING
We reserve the right to alter or cancel any tour. If cancelled by Journeys With Soul your payment or deposit will be fully refunded. If the tour is cancelled due to the Government in the country in which the tour is to take place prohibiting travel as listed in the tour description and itinerary your deposit can either be held for a future JWS tour or refunded. We strongly advise you to take out trip cancellation insurance to cover refund of airfare in such a case as this is not our liability. Journeys With Soul will not be held responsible for any cancellation do to Government travel restrictions made by your home country.
Once the deposit and booking form have been received you will receive an email confirming your place on the tour. Payment of the balance is required seventy-five days before the start date of the tour. If you cancel your booking before payment of the balance your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel your booking after payment of the balance, but no later than twenty-one days prior to the start date of the tour, we will refund 50% of the tour price unless you find a replacement for your place, in which case we will refund your balance payment but your deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be paid if your booking is cancelled later than twenty-one days prior to the start date of the tour.
Each group or individual is responsible for all insurances and international travel arrangements. Due to the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic, Journeys With Soul strongly recommends that you enrol in personal accident, baggage and 'trip cancellation' insurance policies. Baggage and personal items are your sole responsibility. JWS will not be held liable for any expenses incurred by a positive test to Covid or other health issues or injury caused by an accident. Baggage and personal items are your sole responsibility - those who have needed the insurance were very grateful to have had it.
Health and Ability
This trip requires walking, some hiking, walking over uneven landscape, sometimes bending and possibly briefly crawling on knees to enter cairns. If you are not physically fit, have any doubt about your fitness or have an emotional or other disability which would create a hazard, but you still desire to join us on a tour, please inform us before signing up for the tour, in order to determine if it is right for you.
If you test positive for Covid during a tour you'll be required to self-isolate and will not be able to take further part in the tour. You will be responsible for any costs incurred for medical expenses, changes in accommodation, land transportation and any change in return flights.
Journeys With Soul or its agents accept no responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay or change in schedules, hotel booking, defaults, sickness, quarantine, emergency, weather, strikes, war, or other causes. All such losses are the sole responsibility of the participants. We reserve the right to not accept or retain as a participant any person whose acts or conduct are judged to be detrimental or in conflict with the safety, interest, comfort, harmony or well-being of the group as a whole. In such a rare instance no refund will be possible.
Photography and Film: Journeys With Soul may take pictures and video without further approval, and such photos and recordings may be used for professional, commercial, and promotional purposes.
Payment, in the form of deposit, or partial or full, shall constitute consent to all terms contained here.
