Experience and explore the mystery of crop circles and ancient sacred sites in the enchanted landscape of Southern England...
The tour will include:
Each summer the greatest and most tangible unexplained phenomenon of our time is played out in fields of grain. Every year in England scores of geometric symbols, mandalas and beautiful patterns appear in the crop fields, particularly in the county of Wiltshire.
This magical landscape includes not only the majority ofcrop circles, but also some of England's most remarkable ancient sacred sites.
Join us in late July, at the height of the crop circle season, and explore this amazing mystery for yourself. We have access to the information network that provides breaking news on the latest formations and so we set off in search of new crop circles within hours of them forming, when their energy is strongest.
Try dowsing for this and earth energy currents that often link the circles to local sacred sites. You may walk barefoot on the newly laid crop, sit in meditation in the center of a recent formation, dance and sing with the flow of the energy or try to puzzle out what the pattern is. We have visitors from every continent sharing in the wonder of the experience and making new friends.
From time to time crop circle experts will join our group to share their experiences and views with us.
The tour will be led by Glenn and Cameron Broughton with guest researchers meeting our group from time to time. It is a 10-day tour based exclusively in Devizes in the heart of crop circle country and very close to Avebury and many other remarkable sacred sites.
Included in the tour is attendance at the Summer Crop Circle Lectures in Devizes organized by Karen & Steve Alexander of Temporary Temples. There will be international crop circle researchers present and a variety of presentations covering many different aspects of this amazing phenomenon as well as related topics. This conference is held in the building adjacent to our hotel in the centre of town giving you complete freedom to determine your own schedule for the weekend.

Today we visit Avebury, the heart centre of megalithic Britain. Here, within the largest stone circle in the world, we find the remains of two former stone circles, one solar and one lunar. Other ancient sacred sites within the Avebury Landscape Temple include the remarkable five thousand year old manmade Silbury Hill. We will visit West Kennet Long Barrow, an underground chamber used both as a tomb and a place of initiation, which has wonderful acoustics. Knoll Down, a tranquil sacred grove of trees, is the ‘tail’ of the Serpent Temple and was once connected to Avebury by an avenue of stones stretching for a mile and a quarter in length. A similar avenue also led off in another direction culminating at The Sanctuary the ‘head’ of the Serpent Temple.
All the sacred sites in this area centre on Avebury, including Stonehenge some twenty miles distant. Powerful earth energy currents course through this landscape and this may be one reason why the majority of crop circles occur within a 10-mile radius of Avebury. We will visit different sacred sites within this landscape temple during the tour according to where and when the crop circles occur.
In the afternoon we will visit any crop circles situated close by these ancient sacred sites.
