Included in the cost of each tour:
• Collection from and return to the following airports:
- Celtic Britain & Spirit of Place - London Heathrow airport
- Crop Circles & Sacred Sites - London Heathrow airport
- A Journey through the Western Isles of Scotland - collection from Stornoway airport on May 15th, return to Edinburgh airport on May 24th
- A Journey to the Five Hearts of Ireland - Dublin airport
Please remember that if you are flying in from North America you need to arrange an overnight flight departing the day before the start date of the tour to arrive the morning of the tour start date.

Helicopter flights on the Crop Circles tours are available at an additional cost of £115 sterling (please enquire for details).
All rooms have private facilities and the above prices are based on double occupancy. A limited number of single rooms are available for which there is a single supplement as specified above. See booking page.
Booking

A deposit of £350 Sterling per person per tour is required with the booking form. The balance is required 75 days before the start of the tour.
Deposits
Due to the accommodation deposits that Sacred Britain Tours is required to take in advance, if you cancel your booking before payment of the balance your deposit will be forfeited, and if you cancel after payment of the balance we will refund 50% of the tour price unless you find a replacement for your place (in which case we will refund your balance payment but your deposit will be forfeited). No refund will be made for places cancelled within 21 days of the tour start date. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out personal property, medical and trip cancellation insurance. Each group or individual is responsible for all insurances and their own international travel arrangements. If we cancel any tour your money will be refunded in full.
Flights

Flights for the Celtic Britain & Spirit of Place tour should arrive into London Heathrow airport only, the morning of day one of the tour (not into London Gatwick - Gatwick is 1-2 hours by road from Heathrow).
A Journey through the Western Isles of Scotland tour. There are three flights a day from Edinburgh to Stornoway (on the Isle of Lewis), they are British Airways flights operated by Loganair. They arrive at Stornoway at 8.10AM, 12.30PM and 7.00PM. We will pick up at Stornoway for both the PM arrivals. Return flights are from Edinburgh airport, and must not leave before 1pm on the last day of the tour.
Flights for the Crop Circles & Sacred Sites tours must arrive into London Heathrow airport only (not into London Gatwick - Gatwick is 1-2 hours by road from Heathrow). Please arrange a flight to arrive at London Heathrow airport (LHR) by 10am on the morning of day 1 of the tour (for transatlantic travellers this will mean an overnight flight setting off the day before day 1 of the tour). Please check with us if in any doubt. Arrange a return flight home from Heathrow not before 1.30pm on the afternoon of the final day of the tour.
Flights for the Journey to the Five Hearts of Ireland tour must arrive into Dublin airport before 10am on the first day of the tour. Return flights must not depart before 1pm on the final day of the tour.
If you wish to arrive before the first day of the tour or to stay on after the tour finishes please let us know and we will try to help you with your travel and accommodation arrangements.
