The deposit is required in order to book a place on a tour. The balance is required 75 days (2½ months) before the start of the tour (we will remind you). Each individual is responsible for their own travel protection and so we strongly recommend you take out personal medical, baggage and trip cancellation insurance. When you book, you will receive immediate confirmation of payment from PayPal, and we will soon after send you a receipt and an informative tour packet containing relevant information regarding your trip, such as 'What to bring', 'Sacred sites descriptions', 'Detailed Itinerary' and 'Travel Tips'. Balance of payment is due 75 days (2½ months) prior to the start date of the tour. We will invoice you 14 days before the balance is due giving you the options of paying the final balance, including the single room supplement if appropriate, via Paypal or bankers' draft.
Helicopter flights on the Crop Circles tour (only) are available at an additional cost of £130 sterling for a 40 minute flight (please enquire for details). All rooms have private facilities and the above prices are based on double occupancy. A limited number of single rooms are available for which there is a single supplement as specified above. Deposits and CancellationsDue to the accommodation deposits that Journeys With Soul is required to make in advance, if you cancel your booking before payment of the balance your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel after payment of the balance we will refund 50% of the tour price unless you find a replacement for your place (in which case we will refund your balance payment but your deposit will be forfeited). No refund will be made for places cancelled within 21 days of the tour start date. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out personal property, medical and trip cancellation insurance. Each group or individual is responsible for all insurances and their own international travel arrangements. If we cancel any tour your money will be refunded in full. Please check with us if in any doubt. Arrange a return flight home from Heathrow not before 1.00pm on the afternoon of the final day of the tour. Paris to Stonehenge tour. You must arrive into Paris Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG) only (not into other Paris airports if you wish to be met). Please arrange a flight to arrive at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport by 11am on the morning of day one of the tour (for transatlantic travellers this will mean an overnight flight setting off the day before day one of the tour). If you wish to arrive before the first day of any tour or to stay on after the tour finishes please let us know and we will try to help you with your travel and accommodation arrangements.
